How long does it take to process and order?

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. Every order is packed with care. 

How long does it take to ship?

The USPS shipping time quote is 5-7 business days. Shipping times are calculated within business days, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. We currently only ship within the US. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live close to Alaska, you’ll get it faster than if you live somewhere further away. If you haven’t received your package within 15 days of ordering, please contact us at akdirtbagco@gmail.com

When will my items be shipped?

All our products are hand packaged and shipped with care so we request 2-3 days to process your order and 5-7 business days for shipping. We are excited to prepare, package, and ship your order!

How much does shipping cost?

All shipping is free. 

Where are my items shipping from?

Your order will be packaged and shipped from Anchorage, Alaska. 

How will my items be shipped?

Your package will be shipped out by USPS. 

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently, but we will notify you when that changes.

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

Once an order has been submitted, we are not able to make any changes to your order. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. So, be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities, and shipping info before hitting submit. 

What if my package is returned to the seller as undeliverable?

Any packages returned to the sellers that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order unless the package is returned after the package is 40 days old.  

Why isn't my order going through?

First, make sure that all of the items that are in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit remove to delete those unavailable items from your cart.

If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you have entered during checkout does not match the billing address that your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.
